As an undiagnosed ADHD individual, I suffered over 35 years, I've endured the challenges our unique gift can bring; issues at work and at home, time management, social interactions, overwhelming meetings, "slow-thinking colleagues", and debates over "obvious" solutions and other things can make daily life difficult and made me doubt whether I am "in the right place".

A prior ADHD diagnosis is not necessary; if necessary, this can be done at a later stage, for example to gain access to medication and therapies.
My structured program DynamicSteps guides you through your transformation in a focused and balanced way, teaching you how to use your resources and strengths WITHOUT falling into burnout. Based on regular personal interactions (remote or face to face), we will review and celebrate achievements. Work on your progress, learn how to develop and implement routines, trust and follow your intuition and enjoy social interactions. You can start at any time!

This means that routines may be difficult for us. Meaningful routines help us to be creative and focussed. Bad routines, on the other hand, cause us to put things off and feel less self-effective.

As individuals with ADHD, we're accustomed to establishing goals, ideally ones that are SMART. After all, our success and challenges in our respective professions often hinge on achieving these objectives.
One of my primary priorities is ensuring that my clients set attainable goals, approach their realization in a methodical manner, and most importantly, acknowledge and celebrate their accomplishments. This encompasses various crucial aspects:
